Registration is on-line:
You MUST register on-line using this website prior to the conference. Just click on the “registration” tab. The registration is run by Eventbrite and we pay a fee for each person who attends the conference. We prefer if you pay by VISA or MASTERCARD credit or debit card when you register. However it is possible to select “pay at door” when you register and then pay BY CHEQUE on arrival at the conference. There is NO cash payment at the door.
Accommodation:
The conference is not a live in conference. It is for participants to find their own accommodation. The conference website will offer suggestions and contacts.
Selection of workshops:
Selection of workshops is done when you arrive at the conference.
Meals:
Your registration payment includes morning and afternoon teas, lunch on Saturday and a departing hot soup, bread roll and savouries on Sunday.
Gathering Dinner (Optional):
Saturday evening 7pm at Joe’s Garage in nearby Church Corner, Upper Riccarton. (cost not included in registration). Sign up when you arrive at the gathering.
