SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER  @ JOE’S GARAGE
21st August 2018 9:00am
For those who would be interested in an informal group dinner, a room for 20 people has been booked at Joe’s Garage in nearby Upper Riccarton for 7pm. Additional tables have been booked in the main part of the restaurant if more participants would like to join in. The meal is not included in the conference so you will have to pay for yourself at the end of the meal. Just sign up on arrival at registration time.  For more info click: Saturday Dinner  Menu

ACCOMMODATION AND WHAT TO BRING
16th August 2018 9:00am
Two new buttons have been added to the website. One takes you through to a link for finding accommodation while the other “what to bring” button shows what you need to bring a long to the gathering

ALL WORKSHOP PRESENTERS CONFIRMED
15th August 2018 9:00am
All workshop presenters and facilitators have now been confirmed. The information on workshops can be found here . Participants will be asked to sign up for their workshops when they arrive at the conference. It is possible that the number of participants in a workshop may be limited to a set number.

SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER
14th August 2018 9:00am
The organising committee is looking at a possible venue for a group dinner, possibly Indian, on the Saturday evening at nearby Church corner. The cost of the dinner is not included in the conference fee and it will possible by a set charge. Participants will be able to sign up for the dinner when they arrive at the conference.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
24th July 2018 – 9:00 am
On line registration for the gathering is now open via the www.edmundrice.org.nz website. Just click on the gathering tab and then the registration tab.

PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL
23rd July 2018 – 9:00 am
There will be a payment option in the online registration to pay when you arrive at the gathering on the Saturday morning. This option is called “Pay at the Door”.  However you will only be able to pay by cash or with a cheque. There will be NO EFTPOS option available. If you are able to pay online at the time of the registration, then that would be greatly appreciated. We pay Eventbrite a commission on each registration ticket whether they are purchased online at “at the door”.

MC FOR GATHERING CONFIRMED
20th July 2018 – 9:00 am
Paul Olsen, principal of St Kevin’s College Oamaru, has agreed to be the MC for the ER Hauora Gathering.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS CONFIRMED

The three keynote speakers have now been confirmed. They are:

BRING YOUR OWN MUG
17th July 2018 – 9:00 am

Conscious of our impact on the planet, we ask that each participant brings their own mug to the gathering for morning and afternoon teas and lunch. There were be a system set up so you can quickly wash and dry your mug. If you forget to bring one, you will be able to purchase a mug at the gathering.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
16th July 2018 – 9:00 am

The online registration for the gathering will use Eventbrite. This facility will be available using this website on the registration page from Friday July 20th .

10th July 2018 – 9:00 am  -Advisory Group
The advisory group for the gathering is: Amelia Bresnello (ER Dunedin Camps & Kavanagh College): Tony Mullally (St Kevin’s College); Stephen Kennedy (St Thomas’s); James Devereaux (Liston College); Sam Wojcik (Auckland ER Camps) and Hayden Kingdon (St Peter’s College).
